Greetings Aleslosh,
I am Charles di Britannia, 1st Emperor of the Holy Britannian Empire, tag (HBE). I noticed your alliance today and I examined it. If I am understanding what your alliance page is saying correctly, it is the United Nations goal to not only unite players, but to unite entire alliances of other players under one massive banner, am I correct?

It is a lofty goal. One which will have opposition, I'm sure. But at the moment, I am content with trying to build a solid base from which to build a lasting alliance.
"Uniting all Alliances under one Banner" is kind of a misnomer... I have no delusions about ruling the entire universe. However, in my case, "United under one Banner" means that I will be attempting to achieve Diplomatic bonds with as much of the Universe as is possible once I achieve a solid base from which to accomplish this goal.
Assuming that I am on the side of "good", this will help to keep the "evil" ones at bay - those that act as bullies throughout the universe.

I see. This is satisfactory, and I believe you have just found your first sponsor if you would allow it. This of course doesn't mean we are merging with you, however it does mean that we support and seek a partnership with you. Believe it or not, our goals are the same. We seek to bring some measure of peace and stability to Andromeda, allow the universe to "catch its breath" if you will. The methods we each would use might be slightly different as we are prepared to use force to do so but as I said our goals are the same.
My response:
Even the real UN uses force when absolutely necessary...although we prefer the diplomatic approach first. Some, however, do not respond to Diplomacy and require more....forceful methods of containment.
In short, I will welcome an alliance (or propose an agreement according to your set up) with any group that has base values similar to my own.
What sort of Partnership do you propose?

Our partnership will only go as far as you are prepared to trust us. Seeing as how you have no reason to trust us yet, lets start with something basic for the time being, like a NAP. If needed it can certainly be progressed upon to a full alliance later or if an emergency arose and military aid was needed to either nation. How does that sound?

Sounds like a good first step. I'll post it on our site and make the announcement.
